A work map

One process, a year of better AI, and a map that moves.

Ridgeline Supply, a made-up wholesaler, pays its suppliers' bills. Each step sits with a person, an AI clerk or the system, with a check at every handoff. Step through the year: steps move when the record says they've earned it — and one moves back when its record slips.

    What you're looking at

This map is what the first morning of an engagement produces, for one piece of your own work. The software underneath will change many times. The map is the part that decides whether it helps.

    Code first

Matching, totals, dates and payment runs never go to an AI. If code can do a step, code does it, and it's the same every time.

    Moves on evidence

A step moves when its record clears a bar agreed in advance, and moves back by itself when the record slips. Nobody has to notice; the check does.

    Some steps never move

Approvals over a limit and changes to where money goes stay with a person, however good the models get. That's a design decision, not a gap.

Ridgeline Supply is made up, and so are its numbers. The rules are the ones every NovaSuperSyn build uses.
