✦NovaSuperSyn

NovaSuperSyn Social

Your posting calendar, filled every week.

A marketing writer who drafts every post in your voice, with an idea you haven't used yet — and a set of rules each one has to pass before it reaches you. You read, approve, and post. Nothing goes out on its own.

How it works

It's the social desk inside NovaSuperSyn Office. We run our own LinkedIn pages on it.

01

Describe each channel once

Who it's for, how it sounds, the link it points to, which days and at what time it posts — and a list of ideas to draw from. That's the brief every post is written against.

02

Bring your history

What you've already posted comes in at setup. Every angle you've used is logged, so the writer doesn't come back with last month's idea in new words.

03

A standing weekly job

Every Monday, the writer looks at next week's open slots and drafts a post into each one. You choose the day and time; nobody has to ask.

04

The rules run on every draft

Length, links, formatting, a fresh angle — checked by the system, not by the writer's say-so. A draft that fails is rewritten before it can reach you.

05

You approve — or send it back

Approve it, or send it back with a note. The note is the brief for the rewrite, and every version is kept.

06

You post it

Copy the approved post to the platform and mark it posted. The calendar shows what's done, what's waiting, and what's still open.

The rules a post has to pass

Set per channel. These are ours for LinkedIn — yours can differ. A post that fails any of them can't be sent for review.

✓Under the length limit — 3,000 characters on LinkedIn.
✓At most one link.
✓Plain text — no formatting the platform would mangle.
✓No hashtags, no emoji — if that's your house style.
✓A fresh angle — not one already in the channel's history.

One rule no system can check: nothing invented — no made-up customers, numbers or quotes. The writer is told to write only what the business actually does, and you read every post before it goes anywhere.

A week, for example

Three LinkedIn pages, two posts a week each.

Mon 08:00
The weekly job runs. The marketing writer finds six open slots and drafts a post into each — every one from a different idea in the channel's list.
Mon 08:06
One draft runs long and one repeats an old angle. The checks catch both; the writer rewrites them. All six reach review.
Mon 09:00
You read six posts over coffee. Five approved. One goes back with a note: "Lead with the story, not the stat."
Mon 09:20
The rewrite is back, following the note. Approved.
Tue–Fri
You copy each post across on its day and mark it posted. Next Monday, it starts again.

Is it for you?

A good fit

  • You post on a schedule — or mean to — and it keeps slipping.
  • You run more than one page and want each to keep its own voice.
  • You'd rather approve a week of posts in ten minutes than write them.

Not yet

  • Posting for you. Today you copy approved posts to the platform yourself.
  • Ads, replies to comments, or engagement numbers.
  • If you want it to post without anyone reading first.

It comes with Office
